After we finalized on-boarding of your company (new clients) or your prior month has been closed (existing clients) our team is expecting to receive your current months business data. 


As soon as we are done with collecting your data you will receive a email from Sharp Edge Data asking you to confirm all the business data for this month has been submitted by you.


After this step, we start posting all your transaction. Our goal is to generate your monthly reports with minimum input from your side. However, if there is missing information our team may flag the transaction and contact you. 


Some information has to be submitted only after the last day of the month (inventory and accounts payable), and some information you can pass to us during the month once data is available.
